Center Focus is  designed to meet the needs of Young Professionals, College Students, Gen Z, and Millenials with 35 to 40-minute, focused sessions applying a direct talk and action-oriented approach to identifying and alleviating problems. 


This therapy track specializes in helping Younger Men (18-45) with stubborn issues like Pornography and Sexual Addiction/Overuse, Gaming, and Substance Use; improving your Relationships; and managing Anxiety, Stress, Focus, and Life Direction. I offer virtual 35-40 minute sessions in a solution-focused approach that blends talking out challenges, implementing strategies for success, and working through a series of practical activities and resources that move you toward real change. Longer, traditional psychotherapy sessions are also available. 


My mission is to guide you toward where you want to be.


TIME AND COST-SENSITIVE APPROACH:

$125 per 35-40 Minute Zoom Session

$150 for One-Time 50-Minute Initial Intake Zoom Session


Out-of-Network Insurance Superbills Available


Traditional 45-minute integrative psychotherapy is also available.

Meet Lewis

Robert Lewis Bozard, PhD, MDiv, LCMHC, LPC

Lewis is ready to help you. He's been in the counseling field for 20 years with clinical experience in private practice and university-affiliated counseling centers. He has taught as a professor of counseling. 


He earned a PhD in Counseling and Counselor Education with a cognate in Kinesiology/Sport and Exercise Psychology. The PhD means he studied four additional years beyond most counselors. He completed specific study in male issues and psychology including a major research project on male body image.


Lewis works through Center Focus primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method for Relationship, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy approaches. Elements of coaching and mentoring may be applied.
